Product Description
Volcán de Mi Tierra draws its name from the volcano that shaped the soil of Tequila, and its blanco is the most direct read on that ground. The house blends agave from the highlands and the lowlands of Jalisco, one bringing sweetness and floral lift, the other earth and pepper, and bottles the result without additives so nothing gets smoothed over.
Fresh cooked agave, citrus peel and green pepper, with a clean mineral finish and real texture for an unaged spirit. Drink it neat at cellar temperature to appreciate the blend, or build a margarita and a paloma around it. A bartender's blanco in a collector's bottle.
