Product Description
Three bottles of Weller Full Proof, the expression bottled at 114 proof, the strength at which the whiskey entered the barrel. There is no proofing down with water, which means everything the wheated mash bill and the Kentucky rickhouse put into it arrives intact. A set like this is for a serious shelf, a shared cellar or a gift with genuine weight.
Dense and rich: dark caramel, vanilla, dried cherry, leather and toasted oak, with cinnamon heat that builds. Water transforms it, so pour a small measure and add a few drops at a time. Neat for the committed, on a large rock for everyone else. Not a bottle to hurry through.
