Product Description
Château d'Esclans turned Provence rosé from a regional curiosity into a global category, and Whispering Angel is the wine that did it. Made in the Côtes de Provence from Grenache-led fruit, it is pale, dry and precise, and it has become shorthand for a certain kind of afternoon. Popularity has not cost it quality.
Pale salmon in the glass, with white peach, red berry, grapefruit and a hint of rose petal, finishing dry and mineral with real length. Serve it properly cold in a white wine glass. It belongs with shellfish, salads, grilled fish, charcuterie or nothing at all on a warm terrace.
