Small Batch is the expression that explains the reputation: bourbon drawn from a limited number of barrels, bottled without the volume pressure that flattens bigger brands. Expect a rich, grain-forward pour of toasted corn and baking spice, then caramel and dried orange peel through the middle, closing long with oak and a crack of black pepper.
