Robert Mondavi founded Woodbridge in Lodi to make honest varietal wine at a price ordinary households could sustain, and the brand has held that brief for decades. The magnum is the format it was built for: two bottles in one, sized for a table with actual people sitting around it.
Ripe and rounded, with blackcurrant, dark cherry and a dusting of vanilla oak over soft, approachable tannins.
