Product Description
Woodinville does something almost no distillery its size attempts: it grows its grain on one family farm in central Washington, trucks it west over the Cascades, distills it outside Seattle, then sends the new spirit back east to age in the dry high desert. Those temperature swings push whiskey in and out of the wood hard.
Expect a spicy, bright profile of cinnamon, clove and cracked pepper over caramel, vanilla and a toasted rye-bread note, finishing dry and warming at 90 proof. Assertive enough for a Manhattan or a Sazerac and balanced enough to drink neat. A distinctive Pacific Northwest whiskey that punches above its shelf position.
