This is Yellow Tail in its most playful register, a light white given a generous wash of stone fruit and tropical flavour so the result drinks closer to a spritz than to a varietal wine. It is aimed at warm afternoons, pool decks and anyone who would rather hold something sweet and cold than debate terroir.
The flavour is exactly what the name promises: juicy yellow peach and ripe mango over a soft, sweet base, finishing light rather than syrupy. Serve it very cold, or over plenty of ice with a wedge of lime. It folds easily into sangria or a soda spritzer, and suits grilled shrimp, fresh fruit and spicy snacks.
