Product Description
Rosé Prosecco is a relatively recent official addition to the category, and it has been an immediate success for obvious reasons: the crispness and easy sparkle of Prosecco, now with a blush of red fruit and a rather more photogenic glass. Zufini bottles a dry, approachable version that works as well on a summer terrace as it does on a holiday table.
The colour is a delicate pale pink, and the flavour follows with wild strawberry, raspberry and a citrus lift over fine, persistent bubbles and a dry finish. Serve it well chilled in a tulip glass. It suits smoked salmon, charcuterie, fresh berries and light pasta, and it makes a striking base for a pink spritz.
